Notices Relating to Certain Warrants Issued by Clearwire Corporation Are Posted to DTC System

KIRKLAND, Wash. -- Clearwire Corporation (NASDAQ:CLWR) wishes to remind the holders of certain warrants to purchase shares of its Class A Common Stock that all legal notices relating to such warrants are posted to the DTC Legal Notice System (LENS) as required by the warrant documents. Those notices may be accessed directly by LENS subscribers at https://login.dtcc.com/cre5/LIN/jsp/LIN_LoginSession.jsp. Warrant holders that are not LENS subscribers should have received the notices from their brokers and can obtain the notices by contacting their brokers or the Corporate Trust Services Department at the Bank of New York.
