Business Wire, March 20, 2007

PHILADELPHIA -- Graduate degrees carry more weight than ever in the job market. Whether figuring out what to do after college or looking to change careers, graduate education might be the best option for many people. Learn more about the possibilities of graduate school in this week's broadcast of "College Bound."

Drexel University's Ron Nordone, assistant dean of enrollment and director of graduate and transfer admissions, will be a guest on the April 1 show. He offers the following tips, available through Peterson's, an online educational planning Web site. They can be found at www.petersons.com.

* Federal money is available to help pay for school, but students must fill out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to be eligible.

* Decisions to attend graduate school should be made with a goal in mind such as entering a certain profession or enhancing a career.

Parents and prospective students may tune in to the twelfth episode of "College Bound" on Sunday, April 1, at 6 p.m. on WBSJ-TV and WBGN-TV throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, South Jersey and Cincinnati.

All "College Bound" episodes are available for download at www.drexel.edu/collegebound. The interactive site offers college seekers the opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback from Drexel admissions experts and students.
