InterDent Service Corporation Enters Into First Supplemental Indenture and Files Form 15 to Deregister Its Notes and Terminate Its SEC Reporting Obligations

Business Wire, March 20, 2007

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. -- InterDent Service Corporation announced today that it has entered into a First Supplemental Indenture, dated as of March 19, 2007, relating to its 10th% Senior Secured Notes due 2011. In connection with the approval and adoption of the First Supplemental Indenture, the Company will pay to each record holder of its Notes as of March 16, 2007, a one-time fee of one-half of one percent (0.5%) of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes held by such holder.
