Forbes.com Expands its Relationship with ForeSee Results
Business Wire, March 27, 2007
ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- With the addition of ForbesTraveler.com, ForeSee Results is now measuring online customer satisfaction for three Forbes websites: www.forbes.com, www.forbesautos.com and www.forbestraveler.com.
Using the scientific methodology of the University of Michigan's American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), Forbes.com measures online customer satisfaction, providing the sites with a performance metric of how effectively they meet website visitors' needs. "We've been working with ForeSee Results since 2002, affording us a valuable channel to better understand the needs and expectations of our online readers while monitoring voice of customer feedback continuously," said Bruce Rogers, Vice President of Marketing at Forbes.com.
To complement the ACSI-derived data, ForeSee Results also provides Forbes.com with demographic and other profiling information about site visitors. "The data we've received on our site visitors provides a critical input into our advertising strategy," said Rogers.
Based on customer satisfaction, the ACSI methodology predicts the likelihood of Forbes' online customers to engage in specific desired behaviors, such as returning to the site and recommending it to others.
"The Forbes sites are valuable resources to consumers looking for business, financial, auto and travel information. Capturing voice of customer is a great way to ensure that these websites give Forbes' customers what they need," said Larry Freed, President and CEO of ForeSee Results.
Forbes.com and ForeSee Results also partner together on industry research in the online banking industry. The next release of the Forbes.com/ForeSee Results Online Banking Customer Satisfaction survey will be released in mid-April.
