A.O. Smith Electrical Products Company Selects Dassault Systemes PLM Solutions to Streamline Global Product Development

Electrical Systems Giant Deploys ENOVIA MatrixOne to Seize Control of Data, Processes and Projects for Maximum Business Impact
WESTFORD, Mass. -- Dassault Systemes (NASDAQ:DASTY) (Paris:DSY), a world leader in 3D and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, today announced that A.O. Smith Electrical Products Company, a $1 billion division of A.O. Smith Corp. (NYSE:AOS), has purchased the ENOVIA MatrixOne PLM solution. ENOVIA MatrixOne will help A. O. Smith Electrical Products Company integrate global design, manufacturing and resource planning to deliver products more quickly to market. The company is one North America's largest manufacturers of electric motors for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
