Users can "right-click" on the name of a Lotus Sametime contact to immediately start a one-to-one video call and click on additional names to expand the call to multiparty. This integration also allows users to transition easily from a text-based instant messaging chat to visual interaction, providing a variety of collaboration tools to quickly solve the business challenge at hand.
