NEW YORK -- Kaplan, Inc., a leading global provider of educational services, has finalized its acquisition of Eduneering Holdings. Based in Princeton, NJ, EduNeering develops technology-enabled knowledge solutions for clients in the life sciences, healthcare, energy and industrial sectors. Plans for the acquisition were originally announced on February 15.
