Class Action Suit Against SendTec, Inc. Dismissed

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- SendTec, Inc., announced today that at a hearing held on March 6, 2007, before the Honorable Paul C. Huck, United States District Judge, the putative class action suit filed against the Company and certain individuals, by Richard F. Thompson and L. Alan Jacoby was dismissed. By terms of the Court's Order, the Plaintiffs were given leave to file a new complaint on or before March 19, 2007.
