EMVELCO Corp. Board of Directors Invites Shareholders To VIP Grand Opening of VERGE in Downtown Las Vegas on March 15, 2007

LOS ANGELES -- The Board of Directors of EMVELCO Corp. ("EMVELCO") (NASDAQ CAPITAL:EMVL) announced today an invitation to all shareholders to attend the VIP Grand Opening of VERGE on Thursday, March 15, 2007 from 5:30 to 9:30 PM. To RSVP and for more information, shareholders are requested to call 866-999-9345. Members of the Board of Directors will be in attendance to meet the shareholders and answer any questions concerning the Company and its current Projects.

VERGE is a mixed-use project in downtown Las Vegas. The project, which will include 296 condos plus over 30,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail space, is slated to break ground this summer, for completion in the fall of 2008. The project offers a range of unit sizes, from loft to three bedrooms, with the lowest-priced units starting at about $150,000. Amenities will include a 10,000-plus-square-foot workout center, rooftop pool and a pet park.

VERGE is owned and operated by Verge Living Corporation, which is owned 100% by Emvelco RE Corp. The Company has invested in the VERGE Project since its inception through capital investment.
