Two New Directors Help Endeavor Capitalize on Extensive Market Demand for Professional VoIP Installation Services

ATLANTA -- Endeavor Telecom, The Telecom Truck Roll Company of Choice for carriers, service providers, VARs and equipment manufacturers, today announced the appointment of two new Directors who will focus on expanding Endeavor's VoIP professional service offerings and accelerating the company's overall growth.

Robert von Sprecken joins Endeavor as its director of business development, responsible for creating and managing relationships with key partners and customers in the VoIP ecosystem. As a senior member of Endeavor's management team, Robert brings over 25 years of experience to Endeavor in the areas of marketing, product development, business development, and alliance management.

Von Sprecken most recently served as president of Channelocity, a provider of outsourced channel and sales management solutions, where he founded the company and formed key business relationships. He developed and implemented a nationwide home installation program for the largest residential VoIP provider in the US. Previously, Robert was program director for Fusion Sales Partners, a provider of dedicated sales programs for the Fortune 500, where he launched various channel initiatives and established a distributor network in the US and Canada. Prior to Fusion Sales Partners, Robert worked for Home Director, an IBM spin-off, and spent many years with Duke Energy in a variety of marketing and product development roles. Von Sprecken holds a B.S. degree in Business and English from Wake Forest University, and an M.B.A. from Clemson University.

Endeavor also announced today that Michael Hudlow has been appointed Endeavor's new director of sales engineering, where he will lead a team of engineers and partner with the sales organization in efficiently driving continued revenue growth. Michael brings extensive experience in the telecommunications industry to Endeavor, along with a proven track record in product development, sales engineering, customer management, and network integration.

Michael comes to Endeavor from Cbeyond Communications, Inc., a leading provider of VoIP-based voice and data services for the small to mid-sized business (SMB) market, where he managed field services and trained more than 100 partners to properly install new customer deployments. Previously, Michael managed the service activation engineering group for Cbeyond, where he oversaw daily operations including the design, test, and turn-up of more than 20,000 VoIP customers. Prior to Cbeyond, Hudlow worked for BellSouth Internet and Hitachi Telecom. He holds a B.A. degree in English from the University of Georgia in Athens.

"Over the years, Endeavor has firmly established itself as the leading provider of private-label wholesale field services to carriers, service providers, VARs, and equipment manufacturers, and we are committed to capitalizing on the expanding VoIP phenomenon by building a team that delivers the highest possible service and support to thousands of our clients' end-users each day," said Justin McLain, executive vice president for Endeavor Telecom.
