China Voice Holding Corp. Takes Stance against Anonymous Spam E-Mails

Business Wire, May 10, 2007

DALLAS -- China Voice Holding Corp. (CHVC) (OTC:CHVC), today announced concern regarding anonymous spam e-mails that have been sent over the past several weeks promoting the Company's stock. China Voice has been unable to determine the source of this spam but is continuing its investigation. The Company feels that these spam e-mails have caused CHVC's stock to erode from around $1.10/per share to currently $.56/per share due to spam e-mails being viewed negatively by market makers, institutional investors and individuals.

Ron Allen, China Voice's CFO said, "The Company's market cap has been impacted severely as a result of this activity. Our policy is to communicate CHVC's performance through press releases, not spam. The Company will continue to investigate this matter until spam activities cease, and in the meantime, we encourage investors to ignore all spam e-mail. We will also continue to inform the public of the ongoing performance and operations of CHVC through periodic press releases and quarterly updates posted on the pinksheets website."
