Low interest credit cards, typically offering 0% APR on purchases for an introductory period of 12 months, continue to be a very popular credit card category for consumers. By utilizing the interest-free period provided with low interest credit cards to aggressively pay down outstanding balances, consumers can often save significant amounts of money in finance charges.
The CreditCards.com national weekly credit card rate survey is conducted each week using data from the leading credit card issuers in the United States.
Introductory offer periods and actual regular interest rates can vary depending on individual applicants' credit quality and issuer risk-based pricing policies.
