ARAMARK Refreshment Services Acquires R&B Coffee

Agreement further expands ARAMARK's presence in Grand Rapids, Mich.
PHILADELPHIA -- ARAMARK Refreshment Services, a leader in workplace snacks and beverages, announced that it has acquired R&B Coffee, an office coffee services business based in Grand Rapids, Mich.
"This investment in the Grand Rapids business community better positions ARAMARK to expand its presence throughout the region," said Michael Oppenheim, executive vice president of ARAMARK Refreshment Services. "We are excited about this opportunity to bring our hallmark service and robust portfolio to new customers in break rooms in Grand Rapids."
R&B Coffee delivers coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and other snacks and beverages to businesses and industry locations throughout central and western Michigan. All clients will now be served by ARAMARK Refreshment Services, and will have access to a broad range of additional offerings, including:
* Hot coffees, teas and other beverages from Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Seattle's Best, Green Mountain, Flavia and other brands in high demand.
* Cold beverages, including bottled water, juices and soft drinks.
* Snacks such as instant soups, hot cereals and popcorn.
* Advanced water filtration systems.
* Essential items such as paper goods, creamers, sweeteners, and cafe cleaning products.
