Under a broad OEM licensing agreement between the companies, Lagan is now offering Haley's business rule technology as an optional plug-in capability for The Lagan Human Services Suite[TM]. This new capability offers Lagan's UK and US-based customers new levels of flexibility and agility in automated decision-making support for service eligibility and delivery. In conventional case management systems, much of the human services expertise is locked into computer code or terse business rules difficult for a non-technical user to build and maintain.
