Osage Energy Corporation Elects New President and Chairman of the Board of Directors

LA JOLLA, Calif. -- The Board of Directors of Osage Energy Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Bradford to the posts of President, CEO, and Chairman. Mr. Bradford is currently the Chief Investment Officer of Decision Capital Management, LLC, a SEC registered Investment Advisory firm which he co-founded in 2001. Mr. Bradford has over 20 years of experience in natural resource investment finance and equity analysis. He brings his unique combination of skills and background to Osage Energy at a time when the Company is preparing to go to the next level in exploration, production, and capitalization.
The Board is further pleased to announce the appointment of Ran Furman to the Board of Directors of Osage Energy Corporation. Mr. Furman's experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, and SEC Accounting will be invaluable to Osage as it transitions to a larger company. Mr. Furman has structured mergers, acquisitions, debt offerings, recapitalizations, PIPES, and has done SEC Registrations for public companies.
Greg Franklin, the Company's geological consultant will remain on the Board and continue to lead the technical team at Osage going forward.
