Iconixx Names New Director of Sales and Senior Manager-Channel Management

HOUSTON -- Iconixx, a leading compensation and workforce performance integration firm, recently announced two important leadership changes to their Sales group. Sathee Brent has been promoted to Director of Sales, and George Fritze has been appointed as Senior Manager-Channel Management.

Brent brings almost a decade of sales experience to Iconixx. During the past 18 months, Brent has led the Iconixx sales organization as Manager of Strategic Sales. In her new position she will expand her responsibilities to include the day-to-day management of Iconixx's Business Development and Account Executive groups.

Prior to joining Iconixx in 2003, Brent served as a sales professional with NEON Systems.

She received a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston.

George Fritze has been hired as Iconixx's Senior Manager in charge of Channel Management. Fritze will oversee Enterprise and SMB Partner Management at Iconixx. He brings more than 23 years of Enterprise Sales and Marketing experience to Iconixx. Recently, he served in Channel Management and Sales leadership rolls at Synygy.

Fritze received a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Drexel University and a Master's of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
