Verdasys Announces the Appointment of Ryan Sauls as Vice President of Sales Operations

WALTHAM, Mass. -- Verdasys, Inc., the leader in global data security solutions for information loss prevention and corporate compliance announced today the appointment of Ryan Sauls as Vice President of Sales Operations starting May 1, 2007. Sauls' primary responsibility will be to build Verdasys' accelerated growth platform as he assumes the responsibility for building a global sales force, developing sales processes and training programs as well as managing global sales operations.
Sauls has spent his entire career in management positions, most recently joining Verdasys from Novell Corporation, a billion dollar software, operating and technology solutions provider where he was responsible for managing and maintaining their strategic partnerships. Prior to Novell, Sauls founded and served as Vice President of Business Development for Knowledge Road, Inc. He has also served as the North American Director of Lotus Sales for IBM as well as the Northeast Director of Sales for Ingram Micro.

Sauls holds an AAS from the University of New Hampshire and received his B.S. in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College.
