Popular Kids' Concierge Program Surveys Local Kids for the Coolest "Kid Approved" Attractions in 36 Cities
MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Embassy Suites Hotels today announced the expansion of its popular Kids-Eye View [TM]program, now in its third season. The international hotel brand interviewed children in 10 new cities, including international destinations such as Mexico City and Niagara Falls, Ontario to find out what activities they think other kids would enjoy when visiting their home town. Created for kids, by kids, the program includes a specially designed Embassy Suites Kids-Eye View Passport highlighting the cool, "kid approved" attractions in 36 cities across the U.S., Mexico and Canada. More than 100 Embassy Suites Hotels across North America are part of the fun-filled program.
Upon check-in at participating Embassy Suites Hotels, each child receives a green and gold, Embassy Suites Kids-Eye View Passport and a city specific sticker listing the most "kid-popular" attractions in that city. Or, families can check out activity information at www.embassysuites.com/kidseye. Embassy Suites' Kids-Eye View categories include:

The complimentary Kids-Eye View Passport has a spot for kids to paste their photo and fill in their individual information, just like a real passport. Each time kids and families visit an Embassy Suites Hotel in one of the 36 Kids-Eye View cities, they are given a "What to do in..." sticker listing all the "cool" things to do in that city to affix to their Kids-Eye View Passport. Kids can hold onto their passport for future trips and collect a "What to do in..." sticker from Embassy Suites in each Kids-Eye View city.
Embassy Suites Hotel Mexico City - Reforma is the brand's first property in Mexico marking its foray into Mexico and Latin America. With the expansion of Kids-Eye View to this colorful and historic city, kids now have the chance to indulge in authentic, Mexican "kid-friendly" activities - chosen by local Mexico City children - such as El Papalote Children's Museum and the Frida Kahlo Museum. Kids can also indulge in Mexican foods from the shops and restaurants chosen by kids from this region. The newest Mexico City specific categories listed on the Kids-Eye View stickers are:
* Mejor Chocolate Caliente (Best Hot Chocolate)
* Mejor Chiles Rellenos (Best Stuffed Green Bell Peppers)
* Mejor Flan (Best Flan)
* Mejor Salsa (Best Salsa)
"There are more children traveling than ever before and the Embassy Suites Hotels Kids-Eye View program is a great way to show kids that they are important guests as well," said John Lee, Vice President of Brand Marketing. "We hope that the expansion of the program to 34 U.S. cities and two new international destinations helps spark a passion for travel and an appetite for adventure among our younger guests."
In addition to Mexico City and Niagara Falls, new cities in this year's roster include Waikiki, HI; Albuquerque, NM; New Orleans, LA; Indianapolis, IN; San Antonio, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Philadelphia, PA; and Detroit, MI.

The Inside Scoop
Kids-Eye View attractions were culled from Embassy Suites Hotels team members in each of the 36 markets. Additionally, local children ages six to 16 were polled in each city to gather information on favorite foods, sights and attractions in their own back yard, ensuring that kids traveling to these U.S. and international destinations would have the inside scoop on what to do, see, and eat while on vacation.
