Tamalpais Bank Promotes Karry Bryan to SVP

Financial Services Industry Veteran Also Named Chief Accounting Officer
SAN RAFAEL, Calif. -- Karry Bryan has been promoted to senior vice president/chief accounting officer for Tamalpais Bank, it was announced today by Michael Moulton, the Bank's chief financial officer.
Bryan joined the Company in 2005 as controller. Tamalpais Bank is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Epic Bancorp (NASDAQ:EPIK).
"Karry very quickly demonstrated her abilities and leadership skills," Moulton said. "Her expertise in SEC reporting and her strong audit background have been a great benefit to the Company. In addition to her financial department responsibilities, she has been instrumental in directing our Malcolm Baldrige Award and Quality Improvement Training (QIT) initiatives."
Bryan, a resident of Novato, has spent 10 years in the banking and financial services industries, having held various positions with Price Waterhouse, Charles Schwab and Bank of Marin. A CPA, she also holds a degree in accounting from the University of San Francisco and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
A native of San Francisco, Bryan has lived in Marin County for more than 30 years. She is a member of the Boards of Directors of the Marin Food Bank and the Marin Ballet.
