Intel® Corporation, Federal Communications Group, Inc. and Cerelink® Collaborate with Dot VN, Inc. to Build Hanoi IDC

SAN DIEGO -- Dot VN, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Dot VN" or the "Company") (www.DotVN.com), (Pink Sheets: DTVI), an Internet and Telecommunications Company and authorized global domain name registrar (www.VN) for the Country of Vietnam, announced that Intel[R] Corporation ("Intel[R]"), Federal Communications Group, Inc. ("FCG") and Cerelink[R] ("Cerelink[R]") are collaborating with the Company to build out a world-class Tier-3 commercial Internet Data Center ("IDC").
Dot VN is working closely with its project manager, Cerelink[R], and collaborating with Intel[R] and FCG to begin the technical design of the 10,000 square foot IDC located in Hanoi. Intel[R] is responsible for the Networking Design and FCG for the Infrastructure Design. The Company anticipates the IDC will be completed and in operation by early January 2008.
