TomorrowNow Doubles 2007 Q1 New Business Year-Over-Year
Business Wire, May 3, 2007
Worldwide Momentum Continues with Launch of Mexico Operations, Key Europe and Asia Wins, and Rapid Growth in the Americas
BRYAN, Texas -- TomorrowNow, Inc., the most experienced provider of third-party maintenance and support for enterprise software applications, today announced that it signed 76 new deals in the first quarter, including 31 new customers and 45 support service renewals. One hundred percent of existing clients with support contracts up for renewal in Q1 chose to stay with TomorrowNow.
The company continues to execute successfully on its strategy to extend its reach into new markets and grow its customer base. Tapping into growing demand for enterprise software support value, TomorrowNow showed strong results as its number of global clients doubled compared to Q1 2006, for a total of 310. Many of these TomorrowNow customers are also amongst the hundreds of customers who have switched to SAP since 2005 via the SAP Safe Passage program.
Furthermore, the company launched local Mexico operations in Q1 and added three local contracts, bringing the total clients supported in Mexico to 10. Other key first quarter wins included the Standard Register Corporation, A.O. Smith Corporation, Royal Holiday Servicios Administrativos, S.A. de C.V. in the Americas; Organon International and Baan customer, CMI S.A., in Europe.
"For the next few years, we plan to maintain our PeopleSoft applications as they are now, so it didn't make sense for us to pay full-price for support. With their PeopleSoft expertise and cost savings, TomorrowNow's support service model works for us," says Tim Osburn, director of Information Services and Technology for GlobalSantaFe Corporation.
TomorrowNow enables clients to extend the value and life of their enterprise software applications. The company provides superior support services for Siebel, J.D. Edwards, PeopleSoft, and Baan enterprise software applications at half the cost of vendor maintenance fees.
"BASF as an organization has standardized on SAP. As an acquired entity, we are moving to our new standard enterprise software platform. This process could have been costly for us, maintaining both environments simultaneously, but with TomorrowNow we were able to lower our migration costs and ensure a smooth transition," Pieter Schoehuijs, Global IT director, BASF Catalysts LLC.
"We see continued demand in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific for TomorrowNow's superior service at a 50 percent discount," said Andrew Nelson, president and CEO of TomorrowNow.
TomorrowNow has proved its effective service delivery with thousands of TomorrowNow-developed fixes and more than 1,000 tax updates to its clients around the world. In addition, TomorrowNow delivers a contractually guaranteed response to client requests within 30 minutes. Actual response times average less than 10 minutes. The company is staffed by veteran software engineers with an average of nine years of experience working on Siebel, J.D. Edwards, PeopleSoft, and Baan applications, earning the company one of the highest customer satisfaction rates in the IT industry.
