First-to-Market High Density 8GB DIMMs Enable Large Capacity

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Dataram Corporation [NASDAQ: DRAM], a leading provider of server and workstation memory, today announced a high capacity 8GB memory upgrade for HP xw9400 workstations expanding total memory up to 64GB.

The DRHXW9400/8GB memory option is a single 8GB capacity PC2-5300, DDR2-667 Registered ECC memory module. Dataram's advanced engineering and assembly techniques are again showcased in this high capacity memory product. Purchase Dataram memory for the xw9400 workstation in groups of two, as pairs of DIMMs are required when adding modules into the existing 8 memory slots.

"Dataram's customers in the oil & gas exploration market have accelerated the complex simulations needed for the analysis and visualization of petroleum reserves. Due to its processing power and performance, the xw9400 has become a very popular workstation in the oil & gas segment. And now with 64GB of memory, performance is taken to the next level," stated Paul Henke, Director of Product Marketing at Dataram.

This new DRHXW9400/8GB offering complements the existing 1GB, 2GB & 4GB memory options Dataram introduced last year. All Dataram memory products are guaranteed to be 100% hardware and software compatible with the host system and come with a Lifetime Warranty and free technical support.
