Sabre Holdings Publishes 2006 Corporate Social Responsibility Report

SOUTHLAKE, Texas -- Sabre Holdings today released its second annual report outlining its worldwide corporate social responsibility efforts. The report highlights the impact of the company's signature programs, Math Can Take You Places and Travel For Good(TM), as well as employee volunteerism in 35 countries in 2006.

During the year, Sabre Holdings increased support of environmental efforts through its carbon offsetting programs: Travelocity's GoZero in the United States and lastminute.com's carbonwise program in Europe. Both programs give travelers the option to purchase carbon offsets by making donations to not-for-profit organizations that benefit environmental efforts. Additionally, Travelocity is the first travel agency to offset carbon from the travel of its North American employees.

Volunteerism at Sabre took on a worldwide focus in 2006. Internally, the company held its first global volunteer week, Give Time Together, in which more than 1,500 employees volunteered at 130 events in 35 countries. Externally, Travelocity launched Travel For Good to encourage voluntourism, or affordable vacations that incorporate volunteer opportunities.

The report also features information about Sabre's education-based programs and Give Together, the company's annual employee giving campaign, as well as the company's commitment to its employees, customers and suppliers. Additional highlights of Sabre Holdings involvement in the community include, but are not limited to:

* $1.7 million raised worldwide through employee pledges, fundraisers and corporate match during Give Together.

* 14,000 employee volunteer hours donated.

* 4,500 trees planted in Louisana's Bogue Chitto National Wildlife Refuge by the Conservation Fund through Travelocity's Go Zero program.

* Two million students in 12 states had access to Math Can Take You Places materials.
