During the years between 1986 and 1996, Bailey operated her own private physical therapy practice for Olympic Track & Field athletes. She has volunteered for both USC and UCLA's athletics as an athletic trainer. She currently serves at the Director of Physical Therapy at Orthopaedic Hospital in Los Angeles. Aside from her clinical responsibilities, Bailey also teaches Introduction to Athletic Training at Pepperdine University and Santa Monica College. She is also the assistant professor in the department of Biokinesiology & Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California as well as an instructor for the Keck School of Medicine at USC.
