Healthcare Management Systems, Inc. Promotes Steve Starkey to Chief Operating Officer

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Healthcare Management Systems, Inc.[R], announced today the promotion of Steve Starkey to Chief Operating Officer. Starkey previously served as Vice President of Product Development, overseeing all product strategy and design of new products and changes to existing products. In his new role, Starkey will be responsible for the oversight and management of all daily operations of HMS including product development, quality and assurance, customer support and services, as well as documentation and implementation.

Starkey holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tenn., as well as an associates' degree in Computer Science Technology from Nashville State Technical Institute in Nashville, Tenn.
