CEO Oleg Logvinov to address international audience as growth in European home network and broadband access markets continues

NICE, France -- Arkados (OTC BB: AKDS), known as "the HomePlug([R]) Applications Company," announces that Oleg Logvinov, CEO and president of Arkados, and chief strategy officer of the HomePlug Powerline Alliance, will address an audience of European home networking leaders at two events this week in Nice, France: Net-atHome 2007 and the 2007 HomePlug European Executive Seminar.

Currently celebrating its 10th year as the only event in Europe that covers the entire Connected Home domain, the Net-atHome conference features Mr. Logvinov in a session entitled "10 countries; one connected home world" to be held at 2PM on Wednesday, November 14th. On November 15th at 4PM, Mr. Logvinov will join other international HomePlug member companies in a session entitled "Interoperability, Effective Coexistence, Interference Concerns and Worldwide Regulatory Requirements" at the 2007 HomePlug European Executive Seminar. Both events focus on the growth of connected home markets in Europe.

An October report from analyst firm Parks Associates notes that home network growth in Europe grew tremendously between 2004 and 2006, with a growth rate surpassing North American and Asian countries. In some countries, the percentage of households with a network tripled in this time span. Recent events in the IEEE 1901 work group, which creates worldwide technology standards for powerline communication, have also drawn close attention to companies with HomePlug based solutions.

As a supplier of turnkey solutions for connected home products, Arkados is often recognized as a leader in the field and often called upon to speak at prestigious events. Arkados silicon and software provides a number of solutions for whole-house synchronized audio, distributed video, and a host of other products for the digital home. Arkados will exhibit several of their solutions at both events this week. More information can be found at http://www.arkados.com/products.html.> About Arkados, Inc.
