Dave Hagan, president and CEO of Boingo Wireless, will deliver the keynote address at Day Two of Wireless Voice 2007, Nov. 14. Wireless Voice, presented by FierceMarkets, is a conference for wireless industry participants to gain insight for their voice strategies while networking with wireless innovators.
The keynote address, entitled "Wi-Fi and VoIP: Market Myths vs. Reality," will focus on Wi-Fi's inextricable role in the wireless ecosystem, particularly as it relates to emerging voice technologies such as VoIP.

Dave Hagan, President and CEO, Boingo Wireless
Dave Hagan is responsible for the strategic direction as well as day-to-day operations at Boingo, which provides access to the world's largest network of Wi-Fi hotspots. Mr. Hagan has over 20 years experience in senior management roles in the telecommunications industry with Sprint in the U.S. and Canada and served as division president and executive vice president for Sprint. He is responsible for launching the consumer business under the Sprint brand, which grew to be a $600 million business, the largest alternative long distance company in Canada. Mr. Hagan is also responsible for launching an ISP service in Canada under the Sprint brand, called The Most Online, which was the second largest ISP in Canada. Before Boingo, he served as CEO for FirstSource Corp. and as the President/COO of Ticketmaster Online CitySearch. Mr. Hagan holds an MBA from Baker University as well as a BS from the University of Kansas.
