PLEASANTON, Calif. & WHEELING, Ill. -- Visioneer, Inc., a leader in intelligent imaging solutions, and BOWE BELL HOWELL, a leading provider of high-performance document management solutions, today announced that they have signed a strategic development agreement to create market-leading production scanning solutions. Under this development agreement Visioneer will integrate its next generation OneTouch technology into BOWE BELL HOWELL's production scanning hardware architecture.
