Hopewell Ventures Relocates its Illinois Regional Office to the New Peoria Next Innovation Center
PEORIA, Ill. -- Hopewell Ventures L.P., a $110 million private equity and venture capital fund with principal offices in Chicago and Peoria, Ill., has become an anchor tenant in the Peoria Next Innovation Center.
The Innovation Center is a new technology incubator owned by the Heartland Foundation and managed by Bradley University. Hopewell Ventures joins Caterpillar and Bradley University's Heartland Illinois Technology Enterprise Center as an anchor tenant in the facility that just opened in September. Hopewell has maintained an office in Peoria since 2004.
Hopewell has been intrigued with the possibility of having its office in the incubator since construction of the facility began. "The corner space on the first floor is more than we could have ever hoped for," says Jude Conway, the Hopewell Ventures' partner in charge of the Peoria office. "The facility provides great exposure to Hopewell Ventures and it allows us to be close to the entrepreneurial action in the city. The meeting facilities, staff resources and other amenities are all first class."
For those wishing to contact Mr. Conway, his new contact information is as follows:
Hopewell Ventures, L.P. 801 Main Street Peoria, IL 61606 Phone: 309-495-7251 Fax: 309-495-7255 e-mail: conway@hopewellventures.com
