IKON Announces Promotion of Tracey Rothenberger to Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

MALVERN, Pa. -- IKON Office Solutions (NYSE:IKN), the world's largest independent channel for document management systems and services, today announced that Tracey Rothenberger has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer reporting to Matthew J. Espe, IKON's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Rothenberger will continue to lead IKON's information technology initiatives and oversee IKON's migration to an integrated ERP platform.

Rothenberger has been with IKON for more than seven years, first working in several field-based information technology roles. He was then asked to establish and lead the Company's move to a centralized IT infrastructure organization that supports North American operations. In December 2005, he was named Vice President to lead a cross-functional team that laid the groundwork and developed the plans for IKON's migration to an integrated ERP platform. In August 2006 Rothenberger assumed his role as Vice President and Chief Information Officer.

Prior to joining IKON, Rothenberger held a variety of IT leadership positions at Ecolab, a Fortune 500 company, and U.S. Trust, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America.
