("MHGI") (Pink Sheets:MHGI), offering a large array of automotive products and services that target retail consumers and fleet service operators through its wholly owned subsidiaries All Night Auto[R] and All Night Lube Express[TM], announced today that its systemwide sales will exceed its previously projected revenue by over $300,000 for its All Night Auto Service and Retail Centers in Michigan, Illinois, Arizona and Oklahoma.

Richard Kohl, company EVP/CFO announced that in combination with Midnight Auto Franchise Corp. Sales, "We are targeted to exceed $7 million in systemwide sales for 2007, an increase of 36% over 2006."
