Survey: E-Duction's Clear MasterCard® Program Rates High in Customer Satisfaction
Business Wire, Nov 2, 2007
Features Such as Zero Percent Interest, Automatic Payroll Deductions and Guaranteed-Issue Credit Are Rated Very Favorably by Cardholders
BLUE BELL, Pa. -- E-Duction, Inc., the leading employment-based payments firm providing guaranteed-issue, reasonably-priced credit solutions for employees, announced that more than four out of five respondents in a recent survey said they were highly satisfied with the company's Clear MasterCard[R] program. The survey of 300 current cardholders was conducted in April 2007 by an independent market research firm.
The Clear Card is only available through employers as a voluntary benefit. It has some unique features such as guaranteed-issue credit and automatic payment via payroll deductions that traditional credit cards don't offer. Sixty-one percent of those surveyed said the program was "much better" than traditional credit cards. Eighty-three percent of respondents were "highly satisfied" with the card's zero percent interest rate. Eighty-three percent of those surveyed were "highly satisfied" with the card's automated payroll deduction repayment mechanism. And 81 percent of respondents were highly satisfied with the card's guaranteed-issue feature.
According to Paul Chicos, CEO of E-Duction, "These survey results are a testament to the real value behind the Clear Card's unique features. Employers who offer the Clear Card as a voluntary benefit are recognizing that by giving their employees access to a budgeting tool that helps them better manage their finances, they benefit as well. When workers are less stressed about their personal finances, worker productivity, retention and work quality increase."
