NEW YORK -- Clickable (www.Clickable.com), the first Web service to make creating and managing online advertising simple and effective, announced today that former America Online Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jonathan F. Miller has joined the company's board of directors. Miller will help architect Clickable's strategic partnerships as it seeks to become the preeminent online advertising solution for small and midsize businesses.
Miller served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AOL from August 2002 until November 2006 where he was responsible for setting the strategy and overseeing AOL businesses and operations. Miller also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of USA Information and Services (USAIS), which included businesses such as Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster.com, Citysearch, Match.com and the USA Travel Group. Miller has also held senior executive positions at Viacom's Nickelodeon/MTV Networks, Paramount and NBA Entertainment.

The company's sophisticated analytic technology, obsession with simplicity, and relentless drive to realizing transformational ROI is establishing a new benchmark in advertising for small and midsize marketers."
"Jonathan built some of the most successful online businesses, and that vision and leadership helped form the foundation of the commercial Web," said David S. Kidder, Clickable Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer. "His vast experience and knowledge of online advertising will help Clickable become a critical player in the new advertising ecosystem."
Miller also is currently a member of the board of trustees of the American Film Institute, Emerson College and WYNC (New York Public Radio). He is also a director of Ticketmaster and Idearc, Inc.
