INVESCO: Transaction in Own Shares

LONDON -- Invesco PLC announces that on 26 November 2007 it purchased 1,000,000 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 635.3801 pence per share. It is intended that these shares will be held in Treasury.
Following the purchase, Invesco PLC holds 19,350,948 of its Ordinary Shares in Treasury and has a total of 830,299,493 Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue.
