Stratavia and Xcel Energy to Present at the Gartner Data Center Conference

LAS VEGAS -- At the 26th Annual Gartner Data Center Conference, Stratavia today announced that its co-founder and CTO, Venkat Devraj, will join customer, Nagesh Anupindi, Ph.D., chief architect & director of Architecture at Xcel Energy, in a presentation entitled "Data Center Economics."
What:
The 26th Annual Gartner Data Center Conference is a three and a half day event that brings together IT professionals, technology providers and more than 30 senior Gartner analysts. This year's conference will explore new strategies for business continuity, disaster recovery and how to optimize the power and storage of the IT infrastructure. Devraj and Anupindi will talk about "Data Center Economics" where they will address the vexing challenges of preventing operational costs from outpacing capital expenditures. The session will discuss how automation technology has helped improve Xcel Energy's cost structure and reduce the complexity within its data centers.
