Rhino Off-Road RTV's Coming to Spain

ROI Continues International Growth

HENDERSON, Nev. -- Rhino Outdoor International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RHOI), which operates outdoor activity based businesses, including wholly owned subsidiary Rhino Off-Road Industries, Inc. (Rhino), announced today that a deal to sell Rhino Off-Road RTV's in Spain was confirmed this week with the purchase-order and deposit received for the first Rhino Off-Road RTV 2FS in Spain.

Angel Cabanes, owner of an off-road racing enterprise in Spain, met with Rhino Off-Road Industries at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas in October. The meeting, and subsequent demo ride of the RTV, led to the formalization of an international business relationship with ROI. Cabanas will be competing in off-road racing events as well as developing a distributor program for the innovative off-road vehicle in Spain.
