Business Wire, Nov 6, 2007

New Deal Marks Company's Continued Expansion into Broadband Distribution

LOS ANGELES -- CinemaElectric, Inc. (OTCBB:CINM.PK), a world leader in mobile video programming, announced today that short-form video content available on YouTube[TM] from CE's extensive library will be distributed to thousands of websites as video units, Google's (NASDAQ:GOOG) first offering for content distribution on the AdSense[TM] advertising program. This new distribution deal expands on CinemaElectric's existing agreement with YouTube and marks a significant broadening of CE's already impressive mobile distribution network to online.

The AdSense[TM] advertising program places contextually relevant ads alongside CinemaElectric's short-form video content across a variety of genres-ranging from the hottest Hollywood news from CinemaElectric's "PORTABLE HOLLYWOOD[TM]" to men's lifestyle content with CE's "Smashbrain[TM]" to the best of web comedy and more-allowing advertisers to connect with very unique content while bringing CE programming to millions of online viewers.

"We're thrilled to offer CinemaElectric's unique programming and deep video library to AdSense's extensive online network and advertisers," said Adam Levin, CEO, CinemaElectric. "We've been very successful in distributing our content to mobile carriers throughout the world, but our goal is to be a true cross-platform media company. This partnership helps us cast an even wider net and broadens our reach to millions of Internet users virtually overnight."

CinemaElectric has developed several content channels including "Smashbrain[TM]," CE's men's lifestyle network; "PORTABLE HOLLYWOOD[TM]," featuring all the latest happenings in entertainment; "Phat TV," an urban and hip-hop network; "Mobile Laugh Network," the best professional and user-generated comedy; and Latino.Net, the best of Latin entertainment with a variety of shows exclusively in Spanish.
