DCM Appoints Matthew C. Bonner as General Counsel

MENLO PARK, Calif. -- DCM, a leading early stage venture capital firm, has appointed Matthew C. Bonner as general counsel. In DCM's newly created position, Mr. Bonner is responsible for legal matters involving investments, fund operations, and domestic and international regulatory compliance. He also serves as an advisor to the firm's portfolio-company management teams.

Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Bonner was a corporate and securities attorney with Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian LLP, where he represented venture and institutional investors, and emerging growth and public companies.
