The transactions have pool factors (current principal balance as a percentage of original) ranging from 2% (Series 1998-1 Group 1) to 16% (Series 2000-2 Group 1). Cumulative losses as a percent of the original collateral balance range from 0.05% (Series 2000-1 Group 2) to 0.69% (Series 2000-2 Group 1).
The underlying collateral for all the transactions consists of Alt-A quality fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgage loans secured by residential properties with original terms to maturity of 15 or 30 years. The mortgage loans are master serviced by Compass Bank, a subsidiary of Compass Bancshares.
