> IPTV has introduced a much anticipated new era in next generation video services. Content owners, publishers and distributors are justifiably concerned that their material be protected from unauthorized users and illegal distribution. As defined by ATIS' IPTV DRM Interoperability Requirements, Digital Rights Management is "a collection of technologies that technically enable the definition of and the enforcement of secure content transportation as well as secure content licensing." But unchecked, content protection requirements can have an impact on video quality delivered to the viewer. This ATIS Webinar will examine issues surrounding deploying DRM technology and how to measure its impact on QoE end-to-end.The TechThink Webinar presentation will include:
* IPTV, DRM and QoE requirements from a network solutions provider perspective
* Developing standards for DRM - ATIS IPTV Interoperability Forum (IIF)
