Business Wire, Oct 15, 2007
CENTENNIAL, Colo. -- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has selected QSSI as the prime contractor for a Pilot project to introduce a Personal Health Record for Medicare Fee-For-Service Beneficiaries in the State of South Carolina.
The QSSI team - which includes HealthTrio, LLC, Palmetto GBA and IBM - will utilize HealthTrio, LLC industry-leading software and leverage Palmetto GBA's expertise with CMS claims data to provide a Personal Health Record (PHR) that will contain a beneficiary's most recent two years of claims data. QSSI will develop a provider and beneficiary outreach campaign to ensure that these seniors have access to their personal health record.
