NORCROSS, Ga. -- Optimus Solutions, a comprehensive technology solutions provider and value-added reseller (VAR), today announced the start of Total Communications Makeover, a contest co-sponsored by Optimus Solutions and Cisco, extending through December 31, 2007. Open to small and mid-sized Georgia companies and organizations, the winner will receive up to $100,000 in IP communications technology and support services. The makeover package includes up to 100 Cisco VoIP phones, a Unified Communications platform and professional installation services provided by Optimus.
To participate, Georgia companies are urged to visit www.TotalCommunicationsMakeover.com and complete the nomination form. Businesses are asked to answer the question: How can a communications makeover solve your communications challenges and impact your organization? Additional Cisco equipment includes Unified Communications Server (Business Edition) and Unity Connection, the Integrated Services Router and Catalyst Switch.
Steve Johnson, president of Optimus Solutions, said, "We're enthusiastic about partnering with Cisco on this exciting contest and look forward to awarding a communications makeover package to a company in Georgia. This is an amazing opportunity for an organization to modernize their infrastructure and boost productivity with industry-leading communications equipment and expert delivery services from Optimus Solutions."
Jeff Flowers, AVP of Cisco Systems, said, "With Cisco Unified Communications, customers can improve their operations, reduce costs and open up new business functionality which was previously too costly or cumbersome to pursue. It will be rewarding for us to expand communications possibilities for the Georgia winner."
The prize package combines a powerful set of telephony and voice messaging features on a single platform and will enable a Georgia organization to realize the many benefits of carrying voice, data and video communications across a common IP infrastructure.
