Famed Golf Resort to install PAR's Guest Centric (SMS)|Host([R]) Hospitality Management System
NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. -- PAR Springer-Miller Systems, Inc. (PSMS) --- a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE:PTC) and the leading provider of guest-centric hospitality management systems --- is pleased to announce that Sea Island Resorts in Sea Island, Georgia has chosen PAR's (SMS)|Host([R]) Hospitality Management System for use in its resort operations.
Sea Island's impeccable service, experience and reputation for privacy and discretion brought the 2004 G8 Summit to this resort. The G8 summit is the most significant annual gathering of the eight leaders of the free world. Being selected by President George W. Bush to host this gathering is an indication of the superior level of hospitality and service which Sea Island is famous for.

With extensive lodging options and resort offerings, the fully integrated design of (SMS)|Host and its associated modules is a natural fit for Sea Island. Sea Island Resorts is comprised of four separate properties: The Cloister, The Lodge, Sea Island Cottages and the Beach Club Suites.(SMS)|Host Hospitality Management System will manage the entire resort, with (SMS)|Multi-Property Management to separate the four properties.
With its three premier courses Sea Island Resorts has recently been named "top golf resort" in North America by Golf Digest. (SMS)|Golf Tee Times will manage the resort's three courses.
