DIP Corporation Named among Fifth Annual Technology Fast50 Japan for Rapid Growth in the Tech Sector

Business Wire, Oct 16, 2007

Recorded Sales Increase of 173%

TOKYO -- DIP Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, Hideki Tomita, President and CEO, hereafter, DIP) (Tokyo:2379)(ISIN: JP3548640006), operator of comprehensive employment information websites, recorded a sales growth of 173% over the past three fiscal periods. This achievement earned it a place in the fifth annual Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Technology Fast50 Japan awards, which recognizes rapid growth among Japanese technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) companies, as announced by the auditing firm, Tohmatsu.

This ranking is carried out as part of a single program conducted in countries worldwide and the regions including North America and Europe by the international accounting firm, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (DTT), in which Tohmatsu is a member firm, and is recognized as a benchmark of growth and success in the tech sector. The ranking selects the top fifty companies, both public and private, in the TMT fields, in terms of growth over the three most recent fiscal periods. DIP will automatically be nominated for the Sixth Annual Asia Pacific Regional Technology Fast500, scheduled to be announced in December.

Factors behind the Award

The reasons for our 173% growth in sales lie both in the expanding business resulting from corporate recovery that fuels the recent labor market, the continued growth of the employment market as more companies are looking to hire new personnel as a result of the imminent retirement of baby boomers, and the rapid transition from paper media to online and mobile network media for employment information. DIP, as the top provider of employment information, has continued to offer highly value-added services in light of the current social environment, while striving to be number one in terms of user satisfaction as well. Furthermore our continued offering of services indicative of the satisfaction of both job-seekers and our corporate customers and our continued expansion of user entries in each service brand has led our clients to place a great deal of trust in DIP. Of particular note:

1. DIP's baitoru.com site has been ranked number one overall in the
part-time employment information within the human resources
division for the e-commerce site user feedback rankings conducted
   by Gomez consulting.
2. The number of employment listings offered by DIP exceeded 100,000
last month as we formulated systems that can provide the best
employment information in the industry. With these rankings behind
us, DIP will continue to offer highly value-added services in
light of the current social environment, while striving to be
number one in terms of user and client satisfaction.

DIP offers services to constantly satisfy both job-seekers and corporate customers, based on our brand statement, One to One Satisfaction. We will continue to provide the most information as we strive to make our website even more easy-to-use. We will focus on a careful attention to detail in our services for users as we work to provide them with work that might enable their dreams to come true.
