Assured Success Plan (ASP) is a subscription that combines one-on-one training, consultation and support for new AppLogic users running Virtual Private Data Centers. ASP includes three elements:
Training Subscribers get one-on-one training covering the
basic operation of an AppLogic virtual data center.
Consultation After training, customers get three regularly
scheduled consultation sessions during which 3tera
engineers will work with them to build the
application infrastructure and deploy their
application.
Support To keep communication open as subscribers move into
production, after the training and consultation is
complete, subscribers receive up to five hours
pre-paid support monthly.
