Company Announces Collaboration with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc.; Unveils First in a Line of New Photo Products

(NASDAQ:SFLY), the leading Internet-based social expression and personal publishing service, today announced a program with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. to create a photo book and a suite of holiday Greeting Cards designed by the Martha Stewart team for Shutterfly. The "Our Family" photo book from Martha Stewart is divided into three chapters: Family and Friends, Memorable Days, and Traditions and Celebrations. Within these chapters, the book offers themes such as "Milestones," "School Days," "Favorites," "Past and Present," and "Our Favorite Homemade Recipes." The book's unique modular design can be used to create a variety of family keepsakes, including a record of holiday traditions, a family recipe book, a family history keepsake, or a year-in-review book. The Photo Book includes 31 fully customizable page layouts that can be combined into a book of up to 101 pages. It is available in two sizes, 8x8 or 12x12, and starts at $39.99 and $64.99, respectively.
In addition to the "Our Family" Photo Book, the Martha Stewart team has created a suite of offerings for the new line of Designer Cards to provide customers a stylish and sophisticated card choice this holiday season. These new flat 5x7 cards are printed on one-side of heavy card stock paper noted for its smooth, even finish. As a final touch, the cards come with elegantly lined envelopes. Prices start at $2.69 per card for a set of 12 and discounts are available for higher quantities.
