Rhino Outdoor International Acquires YamaBuggy Sales and Distribution, Inc

Side-by-side All Terrain Vehicle Added to Outdoor Business Lineup

HENDERSON, Nev. -- Rhino Outdoor International, Inc., (RHOI.PK), which operates outdoor activity based businesses, announced today that the company has completed the acquisition of YamaBuggy Sales and Distribution, Inc. (YamaBuggy) through a share exchange agreement. YamaBuggy has the exclusive North American distribution rights for the innovative side-by-side off road buggy that combines rugged construction, a bold look and superior performance. The vehicle is powered by a proven 23hp, 4stroke 400cc engine that is designed and manufactured by the Yamaha JV factory. Over 300 YamaBuggies have been sold through a nationwide dealer network in 2007. ROI will immediately begin receiving revenue from sales.
