Leslie G. Kelley Joins Hay Group's Reward Strategies Consulting Practice

NEW YORK -- Hay Group is pleased to announce that Leslie Kelley has joined its Reward Strategies Practice as a Senior Consultant in its New York area office.
Leslie joins us from Frank B. Manley & Company, where as a Vice President he consulted with boards and management on governance and pay issues. Prior to that, he served as Sr. Vice President and Group HR Director for EMI Group, PLC. Earlier he worked for a number of HR consulting firms, enforced labor laws for the US Dept. of Labor, and did tax and accounting for small businesses and individuals.
Over the course of his career, Leslie has focused on the design of executive reward schemes; creation of annual, group, and sales incentives; benefit plan design and evaluation; talent assessment, development, and tracking; administration of multinational pay, benefit, and share-based schemes; mergers and acquisitions; and job evaluation.
Leslie earned his BA in Psychology from Waynesburg College and his MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
