The out-of-the-box mobile solution delivers critical information and functionality that enables IT support staff to experience less downtime and complete more tasks, even while away from their desks. * View the details of cases or tasks, including contact, activity, asset and assessment information
* Update cases with changes in status or other incident-related information
* Update or add new tasks
Built on the powerful, standards-based Antenna Mobility Platform([TM]) (AMP), AMPower SUPPORT for BMC Remedy integrates directly with the BMC Remedy Action Request (AR) System via a Web services adapter. With the choice of deploying either on demand or on premise, the solution can easily be configured to support business process customization made in BMC systems. It can also integrate with additional enterprise systems and wireless device platforms to create a single, powerful mobile composite application.
