IHS to Hold Annual Investor Day Conference on Oct. 11

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- IHS Inc. (NYSE: IHS), a leading global provider of critical technical information, decision-support tools and strategic services, will host its annual Investor Day conference in New York City on October 11, 2007. The conference, which will be held shortly before the two-year anniversary of the company's initial public offering, will focus on detailed overviews of the IHS business, including the synergies from its recent acquisitions of Jane's Information Group, John S. Herold, Inc., PCNAlert, EnvironMax and SDG's Oil & Gas Consulting Practice. Investors also will have the opportunity for a hands-on experience with some of the IHS products.
